A Wolverine peptide blend dosage chart has to carry one extra piece of information that a single-peptide chart doesn't: the vial's total mass is split across two compounds at a fixed ratio before any water goes in. Wolverine is a common name for a premixed research blend of BPC-157 and TB-500, typically supplied at an even 1:1 split inside one lyophilized vial. This dosage chart maps a Wolverine vial and a chosen water volume to the mcg-to-unit conversions that follow, and shows how the fixed ratio carries through every row. It is a research reference, not medical advice.
Two reference concentrations
There's no single required water volume for a Wolverine vial. The two setups below are common reference points because they apply the same 20 mg vial (10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500) at two different water volumes:

Both rows come from the same formula — concentration equals total vial mass divided by water volume — applied to the same vial at two water amounts. Wolverine dosage chart by target dose
Each row converts a target total dose into draw volume and units on a U-100 insulin syringe (100 units per mL) at both reference concentrations:

The 10,000 mcg/mL column lands on cleaner marks for most of these doses, which is one reason 2 mL is the more commonly cited water volume for a 20 mg Wolverine vial. The 20,000 mcg/mL column shows the same doses at half the volume — useful if a syringe or protocol calls for a smaller draw, at the cost of finer unit marks.
Reading a row against the fixed ratio
Worked example. Take the 500 mcg row at 10,000 mcg/mL: 500 mcg ÷ 10,000 mcg/mL = 0.05 mL, and 0.05 mL × 100 = 5 units. Because the vial holds BPC-157 and TB-500 at a 1:1 ratio, that 500 mcg draw splits evenly — 500 mcg × (10 ÷ 20) = 250 mcg of each peptide.
Switch to the 20,000 mcg/mL column and the same 500 mcg dose becomes 500 ÷ 20,000 = 0.025 mL, or 2.5 units. The split is still 250 mcg BPC-157 and 250 mcg TB-500. Concentration changes the volume and the unit reading. It never touches the 1:1 ratio, because that ratio was set when the vial was manufactured, not when the water was added.
Vial size scales the chart, not the ratio
Wolverine also ships in a larger 40 mg vial (20 mg BPC-157, 20 mg TB-500), and this chart still applies to it — provided the water volume scales with it. Reconstituting a 40 mg vial with 4 mL of water gives 40 mg ÷ 4 mL = 10 mg/mL, the same 10,000 mcg/mL concentration as the 20 mg vial at 2 mL. Every row in the target-dose table above reads identically against either vial at that matched water volume, because units per draw depend on concentration, not on total vial size.
What does change is doses per vial. At a 500 mcg dose, the 20 mg vial supplies 20,000 ÷ 500 = 40 doses, while the 40 mg vial supplies 40,000 ÷ 500 = 80 doses. When your setup doesn't match either concentration
A vial mixed with a water volume outside the two shown here still follows the same formula — it just won't land on a column in the chart above. Take a 20 mg vial mixed with 1.5 mL of water: 20,000 mcg ÷ 1.5 mL = 13,333.33 mcg/mL. A 500 mcg dose at that concentration is 500 ÷ 13,333.33 = 0.0375 mL, or 3.75 units — a reading that only works cleanly on a syringe marked in quarter-unit increments.

Common mistakes
- Reading a unit count against the wrong concentration. A number in the 20,000 mcg/mL columns only applies if the vial was actually mixed to that concentration. Confirm the water volume used before drawing.
- Treating the chart's total mcg as one peptide's dose. Every figure here is the combined BPC-157 plus TB-500 total, split 1:1, not the amount of either peptide alone.
- Mixing up mg and mcg. The vial label reads in milligrams; Wolverine doses are typically referenced in micrograms, and 1 mg equals 1,000 mcg.
- Rounding mid-calculation. Carry the full decimal through the mL step and round only the final unit reading, and only if the syringe requires it.
Evidence level
BPC-157 and TB-500 are each studied in preclinical research — largely animal models and in-vitro work — rather than large controlled human trials. Neither is FDA-approved for human use, and combining them into a Wolverine blend doesn't change that evidence picture for either component.
