The reference vial
A KLOW vial is commonly supplied at an 80 mg total, split 50/10/10/10 across the four peptides — a 5:1:1:1 ratio:

Vial-to-concentration chart
A common research setup adds 3 mL of bacteriostatic water to the 80 mg vial:

More water lowers the concentration and produces a larger, easier-to-read draw. Less water raises the concentration and shrinks the draw. The 5:1:1:1 ratio between components stays fixed regardless of water volume — water changes concentration, not composition.

These figures hold only for the 80 mg / 3 mL reference setup. A different vial total or water volume shifts every number in the chart.
Reading the chart against your vial
Worked example. An 80 mg KLOW vial mixed with 3 mL of water sits at about 26.7 mg/mL. A 2 mg total dose from that vial is 2 ÷ 26.7 ≈ 0.075 mL, or 7.5 units. Common mistakes
- Treating the chart's dose as a single peptide's amount. A "2 mg KLOW dose" is 2 mg of combined blend split 5:1:1:1, not 2 mg of any one component.
- Applying this chart to a differently-sized KLOW vial. The unit counts here are only valid at the 80 mg / 3 mL reference point.
- Confusing KLOW's concentration with GLOW's. GLOW is a 70 mg vial (no KPV), so the same 3 mL water volume produces a different mg/mL in each blend.
